「香港兔友協會」成為慈善團體 HKRS becomes an Approved Charitable Organization 由二零零六年三月三日起，香港兔友協會有限公司 (Hong Kong Rabbit Society Limited) 已獲香港稅務局証實為認可屬公共性質的慈善機構或信託團體，故可根據稅務條例第八十八條獲豁免繳稅，同時，所有給予本會之捐款亦可按例免稅。 With effect from 03 March 2006, Hong Kong Rabbit Society Limited is confirmed by Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong Special Administration Region Government to be a charitable institution or trust of a public character, and is therefore exempt from all taxes payable under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap. 112). Subject to certain limitations, donations to Hong Kong Rabbit Society (HKRS) is tax deductible. 今後，香港兔友協會將秉承一貫宗旨，繼續為兔子謀取應有的生存權利、尊重與關注，以防止牠們受到虐待或遭受遺棄。同時亦會透過推行各項教育活動，向公眾推廣正確的飼養兔子知識，並致力宣揚愛護動物、防止虐待及尊重生命的訊息。 HKRS would continue to strive for rabbits their right to live and people’s care of their well-being, in doing so we aim to prevent & end cruelty & abandonment of them.
