特別通知：

因應香港兔友協會（下稱兔協）一名職員同住家人於3月2日早上確診2019冠狀病毒病（最後上班日期為3月1日），本會立即安排該職員在家休假。兔協馬上為所有3月2日上班職員進行快速測試，全部均為陰性。中心內所有動物將會如常由中心職員妥善照料。

今天晚上亦為所有貨品及兔協進行清潔。本會確保所有貨品的外包裝加強清潔，同時會在貨倉範圍進行徹底消毒。因該職員工作範疇並不會直接處理貨物，同時考慮最近飼主對貨物要求比較殷切，經過徹底消毒後明天送貨服務將如期進行，如會員對此仍存有疑慮，可於明天中午送貨確認電話時取消訂貨。

同時我們每天早上上班前，均要求職員完成快速測試，結果為陰性，方可繼續上班，此外，本會仍然維持職員定期核酸檢測，以保障兔協內所有兔子及職員安全。

近日疫情反覆，本會定必以職員、中心內的所有動物及顧客的健康及安全為首要考慮，並時刻提醒團隊保持警惕，同心協力做好防疫工作。

In response to the fact that one of the family member of our staff of the Hong Kong Rabbit Society (hereinafter referred to as HKRS) was diagnosed with COVID-19 in the morning of March 2 (the last working date of this staff was March 1), we immediately arranged this staff to stay home to take a good rest.

All staff immediately conducted a rapid test, and all were negative. All animals in the center will be properly cared for by the staff as usual.

All products and our centre are also well cleaned in this evening. We will ensure that the packaging of all products are cleaned and thoroughly disinfected in the storage area.

Since this staff’s job duty does not in charge of products handling and delivery, and considering that our customers have been more demanding on the products recently, the delivery service will be carried out as scheduled tomorrow after thorough disinfection. If customers still have doubts about this, they can cancel the delivery tomorrow during our phone confirmation.

At the same time, we require staff to complete a rapid test and the result is negative before everyday work. In addition, HKRS still maintains regular nucleic acid testing of staff to ensure the safety of all rabbits and staff at HKRS.

In recent days, the epidemic situation has been continued, HKRS will definitely take the health and safety of the staff, all animals in the centre and customers as the first consideration, and always remind the staff to be vigilant and work together to prevent the epidemic.
