由於近日有初步確診/確診新冠病毒/強制居家隔離的客人在本會安排送貨前隱瞞病情，導致本會司機送貨時與該客人有直接接觸，其後由該大廈管理員告知才得知事實。雖然司機事後已即時對自己徹底消毒及進行病毒檢測以盡量確保安全，但該客人的行為的確會增加本會司機，職員，義工，客人及兔兔直接/間接受感染的風險，後果可不堪設想。

我們一直用盡方法去努力保護司機，職員，義工，客人及兔兔，該客人的行為我們實在不能接受，懇請各位客人要自律。

有見及此，如有初步確診/確診新冠病毒/強制居家隔離的客人需要安排本會送貨，送貨前麻煩請主動通知職員，待客人完成過數後，好讓我們安排將貨物放在客人家門口，這樣才能達成雙嬴的局面。

如本會發現有客人蓄意隱瞞病情，本會會保留將該客人列入黑名單的權利，望請明白。

Due to the fact that a customer who was preliminary diagnosed/confirmed with COVID-19/mandatory home quarantine recently concealed his/her condition before the delivery was arranged by HKRS, our driver had direct contact with the customer during the delivery. After the delivery, the security guard inform our driver the customer’s condition. Although our driver has been thoroughly disinfected himself and tested for the virus immediately after the event, to ensure safety as much as possible, the behavior of the customer will indeed increase the risk of direct/indirect infection of the driver, staff, volunteers, customers and rabbits, and the consequences are disastrous.

We have been trying our best to protect the driver, staff, volunteers, customers and rabbits. We cannot accept the behavior of this customers. We urge all customers to maintain self-discipline.

In view of this, if the customer who is preliminary diagnosed/confirmed with COVID-19/mandatory home quarantine recently, who need to arrange for the delivery, please notify the staff before delivery, so that we can arrange the delivery of the products and place the products in front of the customer’s door after the customer has completed the money transfer. this will be an only way can achieve a double-win situation.

If we find that any customer deliberately conceals his/her condition, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer. Please understand.
